
Retail Management Teams
To ensure that we deliver on our promise of exceptional quality, service and value, DPI has created special Retail Management Teams consisting of Regional Managers, District Managers and Auditors. These seasoned retail professionals assess our performance at the store level, evaluating an array of criteria and metrics. Our Auditors are experienced specialists who report directly to the VP level outside of operations to provide independent perspectives and recommendations. Targeted actions are initiated when our Teams identify opportunities to improve the services and products we provide to individual retailers and throughout our company. A major focus of our Management Teams is ongoing training, to ensure that all our personnel and customers have the knowledge and tools to delight the end consumer and achieve business success.
